In this stage, you will work on six tasks as follows:
- Each student should review STD concisely (250 words),
- Now, work on a specific STD, and review the disease and propose ways to prevent and/ or treat the specific disease,
- Role-play: a) Patient - look for specific disease infecting you, find as many as information about the condition, explain why you got infected , b) Specialist - look for as detailed as information regarding the symptoms shown by the patient's disease, list some beneficial suggestions, list for several preventive actions for those who are not infected yet, and c) Scientist - using the information provided by the patient and the specialist, try to find as many as information regarding the cure of the disease and/ or some preventive actions.
- Based on the obtained information, each character on the role-play must have a final product: a) Patient - create a fact storyline in movie presentation (photostory, windows movie maker, camtasia, etc.), b) Specialist - create presentation for socialization in a community (powerpoint, mindmapper/inspiration, slideshare, etc.), and c) Scientist - create a poster for effective socialization.
- Study about how people nowadays react to infected people,
- Write a conclusion about what you have learnt to be posted in the school's magazine.
